A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a vehicle at a Vista intersection. The accident occurred around 6:00 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Specialty Drive and Poinsettia Avenue. The 30-year-old man riding the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene, Gonzalez said. His name was withheld pending family notification. The driver of the other vehicle, a man believed to be in his 50s, and his wife were uninjured in the crash and stayed at the scene, it’s believed that intoxication was not believed to have been a factor in the crash.
