SAN DIEGO MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT LAWYER REPORT: The motorcycle accident attorneys at Riderz Law have an accident to report from San Diego. On Monday, January 15, 2018 a 31-year-old rider was traveling eastbound on University Avenue when a Cadillac, driven by a 25-year-old man violated the motorcycle’s right of way. The car driver was at a stop sign on northbound Pershing Avenue, and turned left onto westbound University Avenue, striking the oncoming motorcyclist. According to police, the rider suffered major injuries to his leg.

Police do not believe alcohol was a factor in this collision. This is an accident that never should have happened. Whether it was carelessness, distracted driving, or failure to properly look before turning, this motorcycle accident was 100% preventable.
