LA MESA MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT LAWYER REPORT: The motorcycle accident attorneys at Riderz Law have a tragic accident to report from La Mesa. On Tuesday, November 28, 2017 a 36-year-old man from San Diego died while riding his 2017 Suzuki GSXR750. He was traveling on southbound state route 125 nearing the Spring St. exit. A 25-year-old Chula Vista woman was driving a 2003 Volkswagon Jetta in the lane next to the motorcyclist. According to CHP, for yet unknown reasons, the two vehicles collided, and the rider was ejected from his motorcycle. He was transported to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Police are still investigating the crash, and have not stated whether alcohol was a contributing factor. Regardless, this is an accident that never should have happened. Whether it was alcohol, carelessness, or distracted driving, this motorcycle accident was 100% preventable.
