SAN JOSE MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT LAWYER REPORT: The motorcycle accident attorneys at Riderz Law have a tragic accident to report from San Jose. On Monday, June 19, 2017 47-year-old Miguel Rodriguez was killed while riding his motorcycle near Monterey Highway and Old Tully Road. 27-year-old Briana Berroya also of San Jose, was driving a stolen Volkswagon Passat when a police officer attempted to stop the vehicle. Berroya chose to attempt to evade the police and sped into oncoming traffic. The officer did not pursue, but Berroya continued and ended up striking, and killing, Rodriguez. Tragically, Rodriguez died at the scene. Berroya was arrested on several counts.
