Rider Decapitated by Wires

San Bernardino MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT LAWYER REPORT: The motorcycle accident attorneys at Riderz Law have a tragic accident to report from San Bernardino. On April 11, 2017 Fabian Zepeda was tragically killed in an unusual accident. Around 9 a.m. on that Tuesday morning, a driver of a Ford Taurus was driving south on Macy St. He lost control of the car, struck a mailbox, then went across a yard, and continued onto Adams Street striking a utility pole, which caused the wires it was supporting to drop to street level. A few minutes later, Zepeda, who was traveling south as well, drove into the very difficult to see wires. He was killed instantly.

Police are still investigating the crash, and have not stated whether alcohol was a contributing factor. Regardless, this is an accident that never should have happened. Whether it was alcohol, carelessness, or inattentiveness, this motorcycle accident was 100% preventable.
