SANTA ANA MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT LAWYER REPORT: The motorcycle accident attorneys at Riderz Law have a tragic accident to report from Santa Ana. On Friday, March 17, 2017 at approximately 5:15pm, a motorcyclist was travelling south on South Standard Ave when the bike collided with a white utility van that made a left turn onto East Walnut Ave. The rider, on a 2006 Yamaha, has been identified as Eduardo Estrada Luevano, a 36-year-old rider from Santa Ana. He was transported a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The van remains outstanding and police are searching for the driver.
Police are still investigating the crash, and have not stated whether alcohol was a contributing factor. Regardless, this is an accident that never should have happened. Whether it was alcohol, carelessness, or failure to ride within skill level, this motorcycle accident was 100% preventable.
