LONG BEACH – Our motorcycle accident attorney in Long Beach reports that last week, two people were injured when their motorcycle crashed into a parked police car at the scene of a possible gang shooting. According to local authorities, a male was riding a sport bike style motorcycle with a female passenger on Pacific Coast Highway near Long Beach Boulevard when they slammed into a police car parked at a crime scene. The crime scene related to a possible gang related shooting.
According to California Highway Patrol, the driver of the motorcycle was possibly intoxicated. This fact is not surprising, as little else could explain how on earth a person could crash their motorcycle into a police car (complete with flashing lights, etc. ) parked at the scene of murder investigation! The female passenger on the motorcycle was not wearing a helmet. Fortunately, neither she nor the driver were seriously injured. Considering they were drinking and driving, and riding without a helmet, they are incredibly fortunate. The motorcycle accident lawyers here at Riderz Law urge our clients and readers to NEVER drink and ride, and always wear proper safety equipment.
