Were you a huge fan of the great Guns ‘n’ Roses? If you were, here is your chance to own a motorcycle, car, guitar, or leather jacket owned by GnR’s iconic lead guitarist, Slash.
According to AutoEvolution.com, a “Collection of Slash” auction will take place on March 26 in Beverly Hills, California. Apparently, any fan who attends dressed as the famous guitarist will receive catalog free of charge. We’re not sure what exactly qualifies as “dressing as Slash,” though — does that mean anyone with long hair and a leather jacket? Or would someone have to sport a top hat as well? Hmmmm.
In any event, auctioned items of note that will include Slash’s 2007 Harley-Davidson V-Rod, his ’66 Corvette (equipped with 426 cubic inch engine), various custom Marc Vachon-designed leather jackets, and several of the rock star’s guitars.
As our loyal readers may recall, this is the second opportunity this year to bid on the motorcycles of of rich and famous. In northern California, a dirt bike of Steve McQueen is up for auction soon as well.
Whatever you ride, whether it’s a hundred-thousand dollar bike that was owned by McQueen, a thousand dollar Honda from the late eighties, or anything in between, the motorcycle accident lawyers at Riderz Law urge you, as always, to ride safe, stay alert, and never drink and ride. See you on the streets.
