ENCINO MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT LAWYER REPORT: The motorcycle accident attorneys at Riderz Law have a tragic accident to report from Encino. Early Thursday, April 27, 2017 Marcos Valenti, 27, of Huntington Park, along with a passenger, a 20-year-old woman (who has not been identified) was riding a 2008 GSXR600 on the 101 freeway at approximately 12:45am. It was reported that the motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed when it struck the back of a Lexus GS400, ejecting both the rider and passenger. The female passenger was then struck by multiple other vehicles, and as a result, passed away from her injuries. Valenti was transported to a local hospital with moderate injuries, but will be arrested upon his release on suspicion of DUI and related charges.

Police are still investigating the crash, but they believe alcohol may have been a factor. Regardless, this is an accident that never should have happened. Whether it was alcohol, carelessness, or failure to ride within skill level, this motorcycle accident was 100% preventable.
